My story

## An Owner-Operated Roofer in Aldershot
J Wigmore Roofing Ltd is an owner-operated roofing business based at 10 Boxalls Lane, Aldershot. I work alone, so homeowners deal with me directly from the first visit and quote through to the final clean-up.

I help homeowners across North East Hampshire and West Surrey get roofs that stay dry, without surprises on price. My work covers tiled and slate re-roofs, EPDM rubber flat roofs, uPVC fascias and soffits, guttering, repairs, chimney stack removal, lead flashing, dormer roofs and roof reports.

I've been listed on Checkatrade for 16 years and hold a 10/10 rating from 408 reviews.

Standards

## How Every Job Is Run

### Fixed quoted prices
All work is on a fixed quote after a free inspection and estimate. I don't work on a day rate. Roof reports are the only thing charged for before work.

### Honest advice
If a repair will do, I'll say so. If it won't, I'll explain why before you spend anything.

### Clean, tidy sites
The site is cleared at the end of every day, and all rubbish is taken away when the job is done.

### Company guarantees on renewals
10 years on tiled roof renewals, 5 years on uPVC fascias and soffits and 20 years on EPDM flat roof systems. These are company guarantees, not insurance-backed, and repairs are not guaranteed.
